**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, ordering of materials, recieving materials and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including resource allocation and risk management.

- Implement business process modeling and process mapping to optimize project workflows and efficiency.

- Manage project progress and performance using tools such as Smartsheet to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure quality management processes are in place to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.

- Conduct regular status updates and project reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to senior management when necessary.

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all project tasks are completed according to the project plan and that team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Project Manager

- Strong understanding of business process modeling and process mapping.

- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet and Quickbooks

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations .

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
