Elimipest, Inc. is a regional pest control service with an emphasis on friendly customer service, integrated pest management, and providing a quality service to our customers.

We are looking for a Pest control Technician, licensed, to join our team. Our ideal candidate is personable, self-driven, and cooperative, as well as comfortable working unsupervised and independently. Compensation is based on experience.

Our Technicians are provided with company vehicles, equipment and training.

Essential Duties AND Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Respond to customers in a timely fashion.

Self-motivated to complete appointment and service deadlines.

Comfortable communicating with customers effectively.

Applying insecticides and rodenticides according to label and safety instructions.

Ability to diffuse and resolve the situation with upset or disgruntled customers.

Being able to work outside or in confined spaces.

Being comfortable encountering critters and rodents.

Requirements:

To represent the company in a professional and courteous manner always.
The ability to multitask and follow instruction.
The ability to be efficient with time when working independently.
Great work ethic and punctuality.
Must work well with other staff and co-workers.
Must have a clean DMV record to drive company vehicles.
Clear background check prior to employment.
A minimum education of Highschool graduate or GED.

License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Pesticide Applicator s License Location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
