We are seeking a diligent Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting premises, performing regular treatments, and advising customers on effective pest control solutions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable about pest biology and control methods. This position also involves selling additional services and new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of customer premises to identify pest problems.
• Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests.
• Apply pesticides in accordance with safety procedures and label instructions.
• Advise customers on integrated pest management techniques.
• Document and report on service activities and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.
• Stay current on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician or preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation.
• Must pass background check in accordance with local law and regulation.
• Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid pest control license/certification (if required by state regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certification is a plus.
