The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be motivated, hardworking, reliable, with knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
LTC experience preferred
Good time management, organizational & computer skills required.
Experience with a tray line, tray line accuracy and speed is crucial. Candidate should be familiar with various consistencies and diets.
Job responsibilities / requirements include but are not limited to:
· Follow recipes and prepare dishes
· Ensure meals are meeting standards set by the Food Service Director.
· Audit walk-ins for dates, labels and 72 hour rotation.
