Job Summary/Basic Function:
Position manages and implements programs and related activities under the direction of the Program Director and/or Program administrators. Managing and implementing of programs may include but are not limited to the following: Reviews past programs, sets action plans, engages instructors, facilitates both live and online courses, markets the program, assesses program outcomes, implement customer service strategies, implements pre/post course/instructor evaluations, monitor live online courses, prepare course materials (digital and paper), distributes mailings, and maintains course records. This position may supervise salaried or hourly staff. This position may work closely with operational support to provide day-to-day coordination for CE programs.
Work onsite in Salt Lake City. Perform work without constant supervision.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience based on 2:1 equivalency.
One year of related experience. Related experience may include program development, team management, or other applicable areas.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with virtual meeting software such as Zoom and WebEx.
Knowledge of Programs and operational processes in WSUs Continuing Education Division.
The ability to quickly learn new software programs and applications.
Quick-learning skills.
Detail-oriented.
Works well with others in an office environment.

This position is located in downtown Salt Lake City at 250 S. 200 E. Salt Lake City, UT 84111. The annual salary for this position starts at $40,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading., Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
