Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator administers the corporate-wide anonymous reporting systems ("helpline"), allowing all stakeholders to disclose violations of the corporation's ethical standards, laws, or policies without fear of retaliation, as required by Sarbanes Oxley. Manages the flow of "helpline" inquiries to completion, and ensures that all allegations of unethical or illegal activity is referred to the appropriate resources within the ethics and compliance function. Being a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator serves as the internal database coordinator for ethics and compliance tracking information systems. Monitors progress of investigation and documents and maintains accurate records of issues handled. Additionally, Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator prepares and maintains reports and statistical analysis of "helpline" activity. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Corporate Ethics Helpline Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Job Summary
The Marketing Operations and Planning Administrator will lead and manage the execution of high-priority projects within the marketing team, spanning marketing strategy, consumer insights, and digital, creative, and community engagement functions. You will have complete ownership of project design, scoping, opportunity sizing, sprints, prioritization and backlog management. Take complete ownership of new projects and initiatives, carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and interim milestones Develop and maintain project plans for initiatives managing cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Lead alignment with stakeholders on prioritization and changes to project plan. - 20%
Work across a dynamic ecosystem of healthcare system leaders to define, develop and strategic marketing initiatives; Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to inform the status of project deliverables; Manage multi-touchpoint projects and initiatives to ensure goals and objectives are identified, documented and accomplished within agreed schedules. - 20%
Establish clear processes and tools for efficient workflow and communications. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. - 20%
Assist with managing a large dynamic marketing, communications and consumerism budget. Provide reporting on progress towards milestones. - 15%
Manage workflows and serve as liaison between Prisma Health marketing team and various agency relationships. Accountable for deadlines and coordinating with marketing team on deliverables. - 15%

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience in Project Management, Lean Principles, Marketing and Communications
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
The candidate must have a proven history of driving collaboration across multiple internal
organizations and driving results in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment.
Experience in healthcare, working with or at marketing, web or strategic agencies.
Passion for project management, process improvement accumen
