Recruiter– Woodbridge, NJ
LHH is proactively recruiting for a Recruiter in Woodbridge, NJ. This position is a Contract position. 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $25-$27/hr depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Responsibilities:
Pre-screen candidates
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs
Write And Post Job Descriptions
Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find qualified candidates
Maintain database of candidate records
Schedule interviews
Perform reference checks
Extending offers
Manage the interview, selection and closing process
Qualifications:
Can Start ASAP
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites
Good written and verbal communications
Good attention to detail
