CK Manufacturing is looking for a full-time Accountant. We will provide on-the-job training for the right person who has strong math & organizational skills. But we are also excited to talk with experienced candidates with strong accounting and bookkeeping skills. A positive attitude, the desire to serve in an accounting role, and the drive to be part of a team are most important to us.

Since 1998 CK Manufacturing has served dairy farmers by manufacturing and installing cattle control equipment, our range of products and services cover everything from hobby farms & show barns to serious dairy people. We provide one-day installations, repairs, & renovations for dairy barns in Lancaster County & the surrounding regions. We are committed to honoring God & being a light to the world.

Our Accountant's Responsibilities:

• Run payroll
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Coordinate Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Invoice for completed projects
• Maintain an organized paper filing system
• Collect & check all mail
• Respond to emails
• Attach bills and statements with corresponding documents
• Follow up on past due invoices
• Calculate reimbursements for the road crew
• Update employee files
• Run profit & loss reports
• Prepare documents for financial meetings
• Estimate job & product costs

Our Ideal Accountant:

• Experienced: 1 years of office experience & strong math skills or the equivalent educational experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply & will receive on-the-job training in bookkeeping & accounting.
• Computer: Basic computer skills needed, including Excel. QuickBooks Enterprise experience is preferred but not required.
• Diplomatic: Communicates well with vendors and customers about any issues related to invoices.
• Detail-Oriented: Notices small details & makes sure all the numbers add up. Conscientious about work quality.
• Friendly & Positive: Someone who treats everyone with respect. Courteous & helpful with customers and coworkers.

What we offer our Accountant:

• $23-$27/hour. Willing to pay for your experience & reliability.
• Full-time hours, 8 am to 4:30 pm
