Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Digital and Stenographer Court Reporters to cover Remote and in-person proceedings.

Responsibilities:

-Attend legal proceedings, including trials, depositions, hearings, and meetings, to transcribe spoken or recorded speech into written form.

- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce error-free transcripts under tight deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in court reporting, stenography, or related field preferred.

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Flexibility to work irregular hours and attend proceedings at various locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in transcribing interviews and speeches
- Familiarity with court procedures, legal terminology, document formatting standards and word processing software for drafting articles
- Basic computer skills to computerize reports
- Typing speed and accuracy
