Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Job Summary:

    DCI is seeking a Global Creative Content Manager to make an impact on the construction industry, worldwide. Fueled by energy, passion, and creativity, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our premium brand and products. You will have the opportunity to set the tone and craft stories that inspire our users, drive the behaviors of decision-makers, and push the industry and brand further.  This role demands a balance of creative thinking and cultural awareness to navigate the complexities of a global market, ensuring DCI's marketing efforts are both globally unified and locally impactful.

    What you will be doing:

    As the Global Creative Content Manager at DCI, you'll lead content creation and engagement strategies across digital platforms. Responsibilities include developing compelling content, managing interactions, optimizing campaigns, overseeing reputation management, and crafting both digital and printed materials. You'll collaborate with internal experts and key customers, travel to capture localized content, and drive advertising efforts while focusing on data analysis and community building to enhance DCI's online presence, industry reach and brand loyalty.  We are looking for someone passionate about pushing creative boundaries and driving engagement with our audience!

    Responsibilities:

    • Create unconventional, compelling, fun, and engaging content that pushes boundaries to connect with our industry uniquely.
    • Tailor content to a variety of customer audiences (dealers, end users, owners, etc.).
    • Write and develop content for digital platforms, including the DCI website, social media, SEM, and display ads.
    • Post and respond to content on digital platforms; monitor performance and optimize accordingly.
    • Oversee reputation management and respond to PR inquiries.
    • Write differentiated content for printed materials, including marketing collateral and channel training.
    • Regularly meet with internal subject matter experts to gain accurate information for content
    • Travel to project sites to conduct interviews and gather information.
    • Create inspiring ad content.
    • Monitor data and manage ad spending on all platforms
    • Develop social communities and create brand ambassadors to drive DCI loyalty.
    • Work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced, team. 
    • Assist in the writing of scripts and storyboards for video projects.
    • Assist in the development of industry award submittals, surveys, and lists.
    • Follow industry best practices for social media and other digital platforms.
    • Lead marketing campaigns for larger initiatives.
    • Coordinate communications projects with local experts in the US as well as global offices in Europe, Australia, India, China, and Southeast Asia.

    Requirements:

    • Track record for creating inspiring content that drives emotion, customer acquisition, and engagement across channels.
    • Available to travel to project sites up to 20%.
    • Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences, ensuring meticulous proofreading and grammatical precision.
    • Able to effectively communicate with teammates and clients, managing multiple projects at the same time.
    • Demonstrated excellence in writing content for print and digital media channels.
    • Experience writing advertising and communications copy and content for social media campaigns and social platforms.
    • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • 5 years of content strategy experience at an agency or in-house creative company.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
    • Knowledge of defining project schedules, scoping work, and managing stakeholders.
    • Experience in SEO and localization strategies.
    • Experience with wireframing and content modeling for web and printed material.
    • Advantageous to be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal), but not required.

    Compensation:

    • DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
    • Pay range: $100,700 - $119,300 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
    • Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 27%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.
