Responsibilities:
- Oversee the estimating process for projects, including reviewing and analyzing contract
documents, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed take-offs and quantity surveys for materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.- Drafting (CAD Preferred)
-Programming CNC (Mastercam Preferred)
Experience:
- Proven experience in estimating and/or drafting for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
