The role you’ll contribute:
The Creative Design Manager/Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptual development of design solutions and the execution of creative deliverables
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining quality control on all creative executions for strategic marketing and/or communications initiatives
- Ensures all marketing and/or communications materials (developed internally or externally) comply with brand standards and established business practices
- Serves as liaison between creative/freelance and clients to help shape strategies that can be articulated in a manner that allows the creative to effectively support the overall strategy and goals
- Manages relationships with outside vendors
- Provides concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all collateral pieces, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget
- Oversees and manages a graphic designer/ multimedia coordinator
- Perform other related duties as requested.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:- Bachelor's degree in Art, Communication, Marketing or equivalent from an art school OR 8 years of experience in graphic, print, ad or web design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic arts displaying a strong sense of design and leadership capabilities
