    What you will be doing:

    In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to empower our Ford Account Managers with high-quality leads, reinforce our brand identity, and strategically position Ford in the dynamic marketplace. Your role will be dynamic, involving the creation of captivating themes, engaging narratives, and dazzling content. Collaborate closely with our Graphics Team to ensure that every visual element is exceptional. You'll also play a key role in guiding our videography and photography efforts, crafting visuals that leave a lasting impression.

    As a leader, you'll take the helm in trade show planning, Showcase events, and webinars, creating experiences that resonate with our audience. Additionally, your influence will extend to email campaigns, website development, and publications. Your creative touch will also enhance print materials, webinars, and account manager meetings.

    But that's not all – you'll continuously seek new opportunities and maintain open communication with our teams to adapt and tailor our support to the ever-evolving marketplace.     What we are looking for:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or a substantial amount of relevant work experience, is required.
    • Proven AV and/or Technology Industry experience is a plus.
    • 5 years of experience managing corporate marketing initiatives.
    • Proven ability to develop innovative marketing concepts aligning with business objectives.
    • Strong narrative and messaging skills for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in crafting engaging content across various mediums.
    • Ability to work seamlessly with Graphics Team to translate ideas into visuals.
    • Proficiency in video concept development, interview planning, and photo trip coordination.
    • Experience in trade show planning, content coordination, and seminar topic selection.
    • Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Involvement in website development teams, content creation, and staying updated on web trends.
    • Prior work with publishers, content creation, and graphic design oversight.
    • Ability to create written content, layout design, and graphic collaboration for print materials.
    • Experience in coordinating webinars, from vendor selection to presentation oversight.
    • Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings and updates.
    • Keen awareness of marketplace opportunities and potential marketing collateral.
    • Effective communication with teams, supporting sales calls and understanding customer needs.
    • Initiative to drive collateral adoption and participation in marketing efforts.

    · Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this position involve primarily sedentary work, although occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be necessary. The candidate should have sufficient vision capabilities to read and comprehend information in print and/or electronic formats. The ability to communicate effectively is required to succeed in completing the responsibilities of this position. They must demonstrate the ability to manipulate, handle, feel, and have control over items or equipment as needed. Strong reading, writing, and interpretation skills are essential for this role. In addition, there may be instances where the candidate is required stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. It is important for candidates to meet these physical requirements while also maintaining travel flexibility for occasional business-related travel.
