Credit Administration Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Credit Analysis and Credit Review associates for Platte Valley Companies. Provide leadership support for the Credit Administration team in Scottsbluff. Respond to inquiries and requests from Chief and Senior Credit Officers in terms of policy review and updates, process updates and general issues. Manage the Indirect Lending Program outside Scottsbluff/Gering market. Act as the point of contact with Loan Participations both internally and with outside banks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Direct the day-to-day activities of the Credit Analysis and Credit Review associates
Supervise the Credit Analysis and Credit Review associates
Respond to inquiries and directions of Chief and Senior Credit Officers
Serve as internal and external point-of-contact for Loan Participations. Work with each bank’s management to maintain appropriate levels of in-house and external participations.
Review credit card applications for approval in accordance with Policy and Procedure
Work with dealers on doing Indirect Lending with PVC. Evaluate and grow the dealer Indirect Lending relationship opportunities.
Serve as point-of-contact and manage Alternative Commercial Loan Portfolio (Wallwork, Trans Lease & BHG credits.)
Work with PVC branches to establish and maintain Patient Advantage loan program(s) and seek growth opportunities via sales calls.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
Three to five years’ experience in banking
Basic Computer skills (use of Microsoft Word & Excel)
Math aptitude
Time management skills
Detail oriented
Physical Requirements:
