Credit and Collections Director leads the overall credit function. Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables. Being a Credit and Collections Director develops policies regarding the investigation of customers, extension of credit lines, and collections. Build and lead all aspects of developing and executing card products - from product go- to-market, rewards program operations, design improvements, vendor management, and product delivery (both retail and business card lines). EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: A college degree.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: The ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues, as well as a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.
OTHER SKILLS: Several years of experience designing relevant loyalty programs associated with cards. • Credit Card Experience at a mid-sized growing bank/credit union or fin-tech credit card organization. • Thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility. • Detail oriented and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems. • Great commercial and product instincts. • Proven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. • Effective communicator. • Self-starter, driven for action and a sense of urgency to get things done. • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Full Time Position
Compensation Range: $69,889 - $102,861
Eligibility for employment is dependent on bondability, background and credit check.
