Credit Card Operations Clerk controls the issuance and renewal of credit cards by the organization. Maintains inventory of blank cards and sends cards to be imprinted as needed. Being a Credit Card Operations Clerk verifies names and account numbers on cards and mails completed cards to customers. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent.     Summary

    Under direct supervision, prepares regular work assignments related to the strategy of the department or work team.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Data entry into an AS400 based computer program
    • Data entry into Microsoft Excel and Word programs
    • Ten key calculator operation for orders and inventories
    • File pertinent information
    • Assist sister branches with any potential AS400 order entry problems
    • Assist the Planning and Scheduling Manager with duties and be prepared to fill-in in their absence
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent mathematics skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills, accompanied with clear and concise thought processes
    • Basic knowledge of the AS400 is preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills

    Travel Requirements

    Travel up to 25%
