We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Oak Brook, IL. This role involves precise data recording, including receipt review and detailed website research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Verification: Accurately enter data from paper documents and electronic sources into our database, verifying it against source documents for accuracy.
• Receipt Review: Examine receipts and related documents for completeness and accuracy, recording pertinent data and identifying discrepancies.
• Website Research: Conduct thorough research on websites to collect data relevant to our business needs and organize this information for easy access.
• Reporting: Prepare and sort documents for data entry and generate reports on activities and findings.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors regarding project status and potential areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office management is beneficial.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel, and office equipment.
• Good command of English, both oral and written, along with strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to identify numerical or data discrepancies.
