About the Role
The CRM analyst will work alongside the CRM and CRM Analytics teams to help solve complex business challenges. They will support a culture of data driven decision making, provide actionable insight and recommendations as well as identify key opportunities and efficiencies for the CRM team. The ideal candidate will be a key problem solver and analytically minded individual who likes to think outside the box
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for delivery of actionable insights and analysis in response to key business questions
- Work closely with CRM and Headline teams to conduct analyses into performance of products, promotions and campaigns
- Perform robust statistical testing
- Develop end to end reporting functions and tools for key stakeholders to provide maximum enrichment and support to decision making process
- Work with other analytical teams such as the data science team to incorporate predictive modelling into actionable insight
- Identify key opportunities for additional revenue growth using advanced analytical techniques
- Handle both day to day reactive operational requirements and larger complex projects while being able to meet deadlines
- Work collaboratively across the group of stakeholders within the gaming space
Essential Functions- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, physics or other field with analytical discipline
- 1-3 years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science
- Experience driving actionable insights from data and presenting recommendations to key stakeholders
- Experience working with large and sometimes incomplete and complex data sets
- Previous experience in the Gaming Industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience using Python/R
- Advanced use and understanding of SQL
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
