He or she must have a sense of humor and understand the flexibility needed in a school setting! We are seeking an Assistant Principal who has demonstrated the essential skills required in establishing effective relationships with our educators, our parents and most importantly our students.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee the school’s curriculum coordination among the educators and assist with implementation.
• Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.
• Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress.
• Build and support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education.
• Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.

Job Type: Part-time
