Responsibilities
Provide NAVELSG N7 specialized expeditionary cargo handling skills and operations in order to primarily
execute formalized training, to include high-risk training (HRT), Maritime cargo operations and critical
time-intensive command and control (C2) administrative functions. Assist with the analysis, design, and
development of NAVELSG training programs, to include but not limited to: policy, tasks and functions,
training staff development, curriculum and course design, instruction, training and readiness analysis, and
the coordination of logistical requirements. The Contractor shall assist in the development of exercise
scenarios as well as scripting and White Cell support for Command Post Exercises (CPX), Unit Level Training
Readiness Assessments (ULTRA) and Final Evaluation Problems (FEP).
Unit Level Training Readiness Assessment (ULTRA) events with NAVELSG N7 Unit Readiness and
Assessments to ensure courses are in line with OFRP readiness training and assessment objectives
and provide input to ULTRA Master Sequence of Events List (MSEL) to ensure correct alignment
of course training materials.
Qualifications
Required:
(Completion) of a civilian (or commercial) formal course of instruction, which has been evaluated
and certified as a JIT/NITC equivalency by the Center for Professional Development (CPPD).

(e.g., high heat, humidity). These conditions and standards must be met at time of employment,
and that these fitness standards are to be sustained throughout the life of the contract. The
employee may be required to move ten pounds and could occasionally lift or move up to thirty-
five pounds.
