Overview
The ElderCare Development Partnership (EDP) Specialist will work with ARDC’s Aging Division staff on carrying out the EDP workplan specifically with a focus on transportation development in the Arrowhead region. The ElderCare Development Partnership Specialist will work with Title IIIB funded transportation programs, the Regional Transportation Coordinating Council (RTCC) Coordinator and regional transportation groups to ensure a home and community-based perspective is present in transportation planning. Responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of all activities encompassed in the Eldercare Partnership Plan, including developing and administering the work plan, completing the required project reporting and assisting with other focus areas and administrative support or communications as necessary.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A *Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Services, Education, Business, Gerontology, Transportation Planning, or related field).
*Four years relevant experience can be considered a substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Other: A valid Driver’s License is required.

Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: Employees could be located in any of the seven NE MN Counties (Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, St. Louis) or WI (Douglas County). There are three work options: work in the Duluth office, a hybrid model meaning partial work in the Duluth office and partial work from home, or fully remote. When working offsite, employees must meet specific internet criteria including demonstrated highspeed connect ability and the ability to meet privacy and security standards with secure (password protected) internet.
