Are you passionate about early childhood education and interested in curriculum and training? We are interviewing for Training and Curriculum Coordinator at Small Hands Big Dreams- Mentor. 

1. Support and implement SHBD/CORA Educational philosophy of learning through the play
2. Keep updated on SUTQ changes and implement at the center
3. Support and follow all policies and procedures of SHBD/ CORA. Follow and implement behavior policies
4. Understand and implement Center’s educational philosophy and ensure the classroom that are assigned to models SUTQ indicators and can be used as an example
5. Plan activities that are DAP (Developmentally Appropriate Practice).
6. Manage and maintain his/ her classroom as appropriate or if assigned
7. Cover classroom ratio as needed
8. Adapt to the needs of the Center
9. Provide a safe, clean, loving, warm and caring environment
10. Maintain open communication between parents and other employees
11. Updates center director, assistant director and Training and Program Director  on SUTQ opportunities for improvement and success

V.   Additional Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all paperwork for employee files
• Follow core values: Passionate customer focus, fun, teamwork, innovation, and integrity
• Assist, role model and train new staff
• Review SUTQ procedures as needed with new and existing staff
• Attends all staffing meetings and center functions
• Other duties as assigned

CPL 3- Education and Experience in the field of early childhood
