Curriculum Specialist, Sr. designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Specialist, Sr. consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist, Sr. writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Greenville, SC.

    The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

    Job Description

    • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
    • Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
    • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
    • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
    • Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4 years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

    Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

    Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
