EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
This CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER will serve as the primary communications interface to the customer. Will be supporting day-to-day updates, managing the customers entire supply chain including on time delivery and lead time velocity for customer products. Additionally, this role will interface locally with customer personnel to manage all activities and coordinate product changes with customer and company.
RESPONSIBILITIES- The Customer Account Manager role utilizes a multi sourced supply base, and oversees the forecast for all the consumption points along the customers supply chain.
- Works with customer internal production, lead time and inventory goals
- Attends various customer meetings as necessary and assume various team roles as required to support customer account.
- Will be interpreting and communicating forecast
- Interfacing to customer as well as multiple organizational entities
- Following escalation process to handle escalated customer service situations
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
This position is open for a temporary candidate, but has temp to hire opportunities for the right individual. Hours are typically 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with some flexibility for starting as early as 7:30am or as late as 8:30am. While minimal, must be available outside of normal working hours to handle communications with international contacts at times. Overtime is not expected with this position, but there may be an occasional day where more hours are needed.
Pay range is $20-$25/hour depending on experience.
Requirements:- Requires excellent knowledge in a professional customer service capacity including prior related work experience
- Must have advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing and spreadsheets
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs
- Minimum of an Associates degree (or higher) preferred
- Must be able to think strategically about program initiatives and various business situations
