  • Quantam is looking to expand its business development team by hiring an Account Manager. This is a full-time position, on-site position based in Frankfort, Kentucky.


    The Account Manager will be responsible for managing current clients, promoting and growing business and exceeding business development goals by building and maintaining relationships with current clients and potential clients. They will work with clients, working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face. In addition, they will observe the competition to see what strategies they are using and to stay ahead of the game.


    We are looking for an Account Manager who is able to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner, work well with others and demonstrate leadership. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, and have the ability to build rapport with clients. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, a successful relations manager will maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run.


    This position will be responsible for growing Quantam’s presence by finding ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.


    Responsibilities for Relations Manager

    • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients to exceed goals.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients.
    • Work quickly to address and resolve client issues.
    • Manage current staff assigned to client.
    • Gain solid knowledge of competitors to stay ahead of them.
    • Encourage high-sales and good client service practices.
    • Create strategies and work with clients.
    • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
    • Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them.
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
    • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
    • Aim to preserve clients and renew contracts.
    • Approach potential clients to establish relationships.


    Qualifications for Relations Manager

    • Intuitive to clients’ needs
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • A background in customer service, sales or Human Resources is a plus.
    • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
    • Ability to work well with others and lead a team.
    • Attentive to detail and organized.
    • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time.
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
