The Customer Care Manager establish efficient and balanced work flows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. Manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Being a Customer Care Manager make recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. Monitor and measure service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. In addition, Customer Care Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or its equivalent. Typically reports to a senior manager. The Customer Care Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Overview

    As an extension of our customer's office, the Operator role is one of the most important at Customer Elation. Every interaction is an opportunity to carry out our mission of treating callers the way you want to be treated – they do not call it the Golden Rule for nothing!

    Our Accountabilities

    • Adhere to Customer Elations call-handling expectations, limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally in your own tone.
    • Create exceptional caller experiences that deliver meaningful connections with customers and callers.
    • Maintain accuracy, mindfulness, and strong attention to detail in written communication. Cross "T's" and dot "I's," use proper spelling, grammar, and logical message composition. Communicate professionally and with personality.
    • Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously.
    • Precisely and consistently follow call-handling instructions on every call. Provide detailed, accurate notes and messages from callers, and take ownership of mistakes when they happen.

    Working conditions

    Normally work takes place in an open office, call center environment with a diverse employee population. This is a coverage position that requires the ability to work a predictable and consistent schedule. It requires the ability to sit/stand and work at a computer for extended periods of time, using finger/hand dexterity to manipulate a keyboard/mouse in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. It requires the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience in person, by phone, and by computer. Applicants must be 17 years of age or older to apply.
