    We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Customer Advocate to join our team. We are looking for results-oriented individuals that are willing to rise to a challenge. This role is responsible for ensuring customer success through inventive thinking, quick response, and the ability to execute tasks flawlessly. As well as maintaining customer relationships by responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely manner. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you thrive in your role.

    Note: This is not a remote position. The job location is on site in Great Falls, MT.

    As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll immerse yourself in a team environment providing quality, top-notch customer service ensuring the customer’s project is a success. Your journey will include:

    · Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging and building rapport with customers from a wide range of backgrounds to understand the unique needs of their business.

    · Maintain a customer-centric focus in all interactions ensuring commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while managing a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests.

    · Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations as well as assessing their formal and informal needs.

    · Respond to customer issues and inquiries promptly with understanding to investigate, review, and resolve product and service issues in a timely manner that meets the customer’s needs.

    · Responsible for taking ownership and have a sense of urgency for every job from start to finish and see the customer’s job is correct, and delivered on time, every time.

    · Closely work with, communicate, cooperate, and support internal teams to ensure a seamless process and customer satisfaction.

    · Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for improved solutions. This includes assisting in the updating of standard operating procedures as needed.

    · Record and maintain comprehensive customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

    · Conduct outbound customer service calls to address questions, handle customer issues, and proactively identify new opportunities while focusing on customer retention making their printing journey one they want to return to repeat time and again.

    · Work well within a team environment, actively contributing to shared goals, fostering open communication, and demonstrating adaptability and active learning.

    · Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics driven environment.

    · Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace that fosters a fun and engaging atmosphere, contributing to team morale and overall job satisfaction.

    What You Bring:

    · 2 years of prior customer service experience.

    · Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    · Effective time and workload management.

    · Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

    · Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.

    · High School Diploma.

    · Reliable and trustworthy.

    · Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    · Graphic Design experience is a bonus.

    What We Offer:

    · Job Type: Full-time.

    · Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour with room for growth and bonus potential.

    · Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift.

    · Work setting: In-person.
