    Requirements/Job Duties for the Customer Experience team:

    • Ability to manage your time
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Understanding the use of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Internet
    • Answering in-bound phone calls and make outbound calls (No Cold Calling)
    • Responds to emails from customers
    • Schedule customer service and HVAC installation calls
    • Basic data entry
    • Keep track of daily Performance Reporting
    • Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
    • Prior dispatching preferred
    • Has a passion for helping people
    • Being a part of a great team environment
