Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Duties Description:
As a Health Information Management Technician 1, you would review diagnostic and therapeutic medical records for completeness, accuracy, and to reflect current and future treatment needs; ensure records are compliant with accreditation, research, and legal requirements; supervise and perform coding of diseases, diagnoses, operations, and procedures; participate in committees concerned with policies and procedures governing medical records; assist facility staff in resolving problems with proper medical records maintenance and use; train staff in the goals and procedures of the health information management program; and when necessary, work on wards, units, clinics, and other locations in the facility or the community where treatment services are provided. Supervision of lower-level staff may be required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8-4:30 (some flexibility in hours may be accommodated)
Minimum Qualifications:
Current certification by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).

Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center is located on 26 acres in Suffolk County and provides psychiatric treatment, school and housing to children on-site in Dix Hills and at 8 satellite locations across Long Island, employing 240 staff total.
