Customer Information Center Supervisor jobs in the United States

Customer Information Center Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the call distribution system by configuring the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Supervises the representatives by monitoring the productivity of customer service representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews ACD data to ensure productivity and identify possible problems. May act as a technical resource for more complex questions. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. (Copyright 2020
