Customer Insights Manager manages customer/consumer insight development, market research projects, and data analysis.     • Dive deep into first and third-party data sources to uncover insights about customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to advance the company's data architecture with a focus on customer and market intelligence
    • Utilize data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
    • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategies and drive business outcomes.
    • Design and execute market research to gather insights into consumer preferences and behaviors.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align understanding of customer, market, and competition and inform decision-making.

    • Marketing: This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You'll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes.     Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience working in a similar role; relevant industry experience is a strong plus.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
    • Experience translating data findings into actionable recommendations that drive marketing strategies and business outcomes.
    • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and experience designing and executing research studies.
    • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate shifting priorities and market dynamics.
    • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

    • The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
