Synthesizes the results of the projects into a deep understanding of customers and the market, and uses that knowledge to support product development, category management, and marketing initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Manager utilizes various methods including focus groups, surveys, competitor and industry research, to produce useful customer insight data and make recommendations to stakeholders.
