Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative is a fundamental component to our clients program and is responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis, maintaining a relationship, and ensuring complete satisfaction while achieving sales performance objectives.

Responsibilities Of Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative:

• Work directly with clients to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies
• Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty
• Partake in the sales and client management training and onboarding process of the Customer Service & Sales team
• Assist the Upper Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing revenue for our clients
• Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
• Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people
• Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly
• The ability to adapt to different situations and environments
• Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills
• A high degree of professionalism with impeccable communication skills
• Ability to work a Monday through Saturday working schedule

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
