Customer Service Manager manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Being a Customer Service Manager monitors and measures service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. Additionally, Customer Service Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   •  Overall Purpose:  Why the Job Exists & What You Will Do:     

    As the Brock Customer Service representative, you will reach out to end-users and Brock dealers to establish customer requested order delivery period, enter new orders into the ERP, create and distribute order documents for Engineering and Purchasing/Planning, track order status, and arrange delivery logistics with end-users and Brock dealers.   You also will process and distribute invoices for shipped orders.

     

    Essential Job Functions & Expected Outcomes:  Your Accountabilities in the Role 

    Customer Support:         100% of the Job

    1. Processes orders from the e-commerce system and from dealers – with an understanding of how the process/systems operates – to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
    2. Answer incoming calls (with a focus on dealers) regarding order status and delivery, forwarding technical calls (where appropriate), to ensure exceptional customer support for internal/external customers.
    3. Process invoicing ensuring the order and pricing is accurate, following order processing and paperwork procedures.  
    4. Cross-trains with the team to be a backup for other positions.
    5. Processes reports, reviews data, and provide suggestions to help improve the department’s processes and key performance indicators, to provide enhanced value to the customers.
    6. Other duties as assigned
