As the Brock Customer Service representative, you will reach out to end-users and Brock dealers to establish customer requested order delivery period, enter new orders into the ERP, create and distribute order documents for Engineering and Purchasing/Planning, track order status, and arrange delivery logistics with end-users and Brock dealers. You also will process and distribute invoices for shipped orders.
