We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our Customer Service team supports meet and greet all families and talking to new leads and work with parents.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will make a difference in the lives of others, while expanding your knowledge of The Learning experience and creating awareness of Happy Happens Here.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will :

• Provide excellent customer service, answering a variety of calls and emails from the parents from the local community.
• Use your knowledge of childcare industry needs to locate answers in a knowledge database to acknowledge parents requests
• Follow standard operating procedures for various topics and systems.
• Document all of your interactions in the system
• Keep up to date on TLE Core processes and procedures
• Meet and greet parents on site

To be a successful Customer Service Representative , you will possess :

• The capability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and provide information to our parents
• Excellent time management skills and dependability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including telephone / email etiquette
• Strong presence on Social Media and social network
• Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a childcare or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of key communication principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
• Minimum of High School Diploma, One Year in Preschool Classroom Setting
• Preferred : CDA or higher
