Superior Ambulance Service is hiring Call Center Representatives for a fast paced customer service call center.

Requirements:

• Typing speed minimum 45 wpm (typing test will be conducted)
• Candidate must be reliable and dependable
• 1 year minimum customer service experience
• Bilingual preferred but not necessary
• Criminal background check required

Qualifications and Skills:

All candidates must be:

• Able to professionally and politely communicate with callers of all types.
• Proficient with the use of computers, computer software and typing.
• To take and pass a typing test to demonstrate 45-55 wpm typing speed. All candidates must be familiar with Albuquerque metro and surrounding areas
• A recipient a of High School diploma or GED
• Customer service skills - Medical background is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends required
• Holidays required
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overtime
• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
