Job Description

Goin Postal is looking for a Customer Success Associate Part Time to join our team. This position will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping companies and their customers achieve their business goals. Successfully work with our vendor partners such as USPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon and more.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in, email, and telephone customers
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customer's packing/shipping needs and offers viable solutions from our shipping partners
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Will be responsible for open and close duties, including end of day closing report
• 5 years of experience in a customer success role; Shipping & logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong computer / point of sale skills required
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Willing and able to work open hours of M-F 8:30am-6pm (some Saturdays 9a-1p may be needed)
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
