Job Type: Full time / On-site
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
Salary: $40-60K per year

Job Summary:
To create the best experience for all customers, whether that is by phone, email, or in person. To be a representative and image of the company and its core values to all current and future customers. To promote a positive team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls for a customer base of 12k
- Follow up with customers as needed.
- Review daily alarm activity reports.
- Basic alarm system troubleshooting.
What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly throughout the day without losing details.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to develop solutions for customers through phone/email communications.
- Customer service experience. Phone experience is a plus.
- Microsoft suite experience and ability to learn our CRM System.
