The responsibilities for the Data Entry Specialist include but not limited to:

• Proficient in computer skills, data entry, and typing of all production records.
• Support the file creation needed for any Master Part Number files.
• Filing
• Front reception window duties including managing needs of lobby guests by issuing and tracking visitor badges.
• Professional and courteous management of all inbound phone calls and messages.
• Assist Customer Service in processing all account purchase orders as assigned.
• Support in tasks associated with monitoring inventory, prepare pick tickets. shop orders and change forms.
• Experience with databases and ERP systems to search for information to support responses to customer inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
