Data Entry Supervisor jobs in Brockton, MA

They will work directly with the accounting team, sales team, service manager(s), and project manager(s) to update account information so we can ensure we are billing correctly and collecting efficiently.

This team member must have high expectations for customer service. Again, this is a temporary position that may become full time with additional duties.

Responsibilities :

Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems.

Maintain and update inventory records, including stock levels, product descriptions, and pricing information.

Assist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.

Assist in general office tasks, such as answering phones, handling mail, and coordinating office supplies.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
