Lentini Auto Salvage in New Jersey is an integral part of the automotive salvage and recycling industry, which is the 16th largest industry in the United States.  The automobile is the most recycled consumer product in the world today.  Lentini is a fast-growing company.  We always are looking for the best people to build our professional staff.  We are looking for a competent Data Entry Clerk to help with the daily data entry in our administrative department.  This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sort, enter and file statements, invoices and credits.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Resolve and respond to requests or issues from customers & sales staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (QuickBooks)
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
  

This is a part time position; 25 Hours Per Week
