We are currently seeking a Power Automate RPA Specialist to join our team in Lansing, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

• Developing out robotic processes during the project development stage

• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices

• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and paired-programming

Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development

• Developing and testing integrations to other systems within the workflow

• Creating and maintaining solution documentation

• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process

• Problem-solving issues arise in the daily running of automated bot processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

• Carry out processes on their own, but they still rely on highly skilled RPA Development teams to maintain them and make improvements

• Learn and build custom utility bots

• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of application development in Power Automate RPA Tool

• Microsoft Power Automate RPA Tool

• Power Automate certification

• OOP

• .NET, C#, Visual Basic and MS SQL

• XML, JSON, HTML, CSS

• TFS, and Git

• Power Automate certification is required

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Power Automate RPA Tool

• Automation Anywhere experience

Education:

• B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
