Database Administration Manager manages the administration of an organization's database. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage. Being a Database Administration Manager establishes policies and procedures related to data security and integrity and monitors and limits database access as needed. Oversees the design, maintenance and implementation of the systems that manage an internal database. Additionally, Database Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Database Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Database Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Nursing Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to the nursing team. This individual will assist with staffing and assignments, placing patients in beds, triaging patient needs, and bed placement, triaging phone calls, communicating with leadership, assisting with obtaining meds and supplies. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor will respond to all RRTs, MEAs, and codes, enter surgical cases in EMR and call in OR on call team.
Required:
- ADN, BSN preferred
- WI RN License
- BLS and ACLS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - including patients, families/responsible parties, and the community

- PALS certification
- NRP certification
