Database Marketing Analyst jobs in Trenton, NJ

Responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in general and the Database Marketing Manager specifically, with regards to the upkeep and utilization of the Company’s database.

• Assisting with all system setups for events, promotions, marketing programs. Assisting with designated program list pulls and file processing.
• Assisting with for extract set ups, program load processes and mailings. Assist with providing vendor instructions for Direct Marketing programs.
• Responsible for data integrity checks for all programs. Responsible for requested program and database analysis.
• Assist with system training involving new processes. Track and maintain existing collateral inventory.
• Track and maintain ongoing monthly departmental expenditures. Responsible for submitting departmental purchase requests for all Direct Marketing related jobs.
• Responsible for proofing Direct Marketing collateral & copy (in conjunction with DB Administrator.)
• Assist with maintaining all program files and vendor signoffs. Responsible for appropriate Property notifications/distributions.
• Assisting with promotional and/or special events as required. Assisting with Player Services Center as required.
• Issues complimentaries pursuant to company internal controls and performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. At least 5 years of experience in gaming or a related field strongly preferred.
• Must be able to continuously identify and address customer expectations. Must have outstanding analytical and decision-making skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and an ability to balance and meet multiple high priority deadlines.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Must have working knowledge of numerous software programs commonly used in the field of database marketing.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
• Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local regulations.
