Position Summary:
Dalio Education seeks an experienced, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join the Dalio Education team to provide high-level administrative support and coordination for Andrew and an additional senior professional, and to assist the team in advancing projects and other priorities. The Executive Assistant is a key member of the team and will play an integral role ensuring successful operations and activities, while providing excellent partner experiences and managing Dalio Education’s Greenwich office.

Position Location and Hours:
Greenwich, Connecticut, with some in-state travel required (approximately 10%).
This position will work from Dalio Education’s office in Greenwich at least three days a week with some travel required across Connecticut.
This position is full-time and a typically work day is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST; however, this position will also require flexibility, including the need to work alternate time zones on occasion.
Compensation:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $100,000-$150,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
