Dean of Law jobs in Bellingham, WA

Our small, growing law firm in Bellingham is adding an experienced paralegal to our team. If you enjoy helping people and working on an interesting variety of legal projects, this position might be a great fit for you.

Our new team member must have:

• At least two years of paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Familiarity with paperless office technology and case-management software
• Experience with drafting business contracts, real estate documents, estate planning and/or probate documents
• Understanding of legal conflict-checking procedures

Our paralegals regularly:

• Answer and return calls and emails from our clients
• Schedule appointments and gather information from new clients to our firm
• Draft legal documents, including estate planning documents like wills and trusts, real estate documents like purchase and sale agreements and deeds, probate pleadings and bankruptcy petitions

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
