Summary
The Marketing Manager for Demand Generation will focus on designing and managing effective paid advertising campaigns on social channels. This role requires a strategic digital marketer with expertise in paid social media advertising, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to achieve targeted results.
Work Schedule
This Remote-Centric Hybrid role involves quarterly meetings in Nashville and up to 10% travel to ASCs and industry events.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of paid advertising strategies across all ASC service lines to drive patient volume growth.
Collaborate with teams to innovate digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth via email, social media, and paid ads.
Manage and optimize campaigns on major platforms like Facebook and Twitter, ensuring compelling ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines.
Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights and optimize performance continually.
Coordinate with marketing and center directors to align advertising efforts with center-specific growth opportunities.
Implement lead generation strategies for industry events, leveraging geofencing and targeted campaigns.
Manage social media campaigns and enforce platform governance and compliance.
Develop and execute a paid social media strategy to enhance brand presence in growth markets.
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical advertising standards.
Experience/Capabilities
Proven track record in managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign improvements.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
Healthcare Marketing Experience Preferred.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in paid social media advertising.
Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) are advantageous.
