The Resource Development Coordinator is a crucial member of the development team, managing all fundraising administrative duties and projects that directly and indirectly bolster the Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County's fundraising efforts. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Resource Development Coordinator (RDC) provides comprehensive administrative assistance to the Board lead Resource Development Committee. This position will focus on office and fundraising support, effective database management and reporting, and donor stewardship efforts (acknowledgments, printed material inventory, prep materials for donor meetings). This position requires working with a high degree of self-motivation and working independently, juggling various projects at once while maintaining a clear view of how each project supports the mission of the Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County.
