Being a Development Coordinator analyzes data for trends and creates donor profiles to assist with donor development, stewardship, and direct communications and fundraising strategy. Uses a database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain research data and donor records, execute mailing or e-mail campaigns, and create reports. Additionally, Development Coordinator maintains confidentiality and complies with data privacy regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Development Coordinator work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. You will help communicate our organization’s story and vision through digital, print, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will develop and implement communication strategies that engage various stakeholders, promote our programs, and drive support for our mission. This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English with experience in nonprofit communications, digital marketing, and exceptional project management skills.
