Required Skills:

• Collaborate with Process Architects and Product owners to perform feasibility analysis, architect standard solutions, designs, and implements new and enhanced capabilities.
• Provide oversight, recommendation, and mentoring to business analysts including quality reviews.
• Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. They will support the adaptation of functional business requirements and processes to enterprise technical solutions, leveraging Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software.
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of robotics business systems and industry requirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications.
• Support all phases of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, Section 508, and User Acceptance Testing. In support of this effort, he will also support the creation and modification of any training materials and any requests that require virtual or classroom training.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• Current or Prior IRS experience is highly valued.
• Minimum five (3) years relevant experience with automation tools
• Completed UiPath Certified Associate certification and credential.
